Water Tank Cleaning

We will physically get into the Water Tank

We are one of the few companies that will get into the Water Tank!

The reason is simple, we believe it is the best way to ensure that all debris are removed.

We use brushes, Water and old fashioned elbow grease. This will remove anything stuck to the roof, sides and bottom of the tank. This waste is then removed.

With no dirt, pollen or other substance sticking around it makes it harder for dirt to build up and the total removal of pollen means that the smell from it’s breakdown (usually Hydrogen Sulfide causing a ‘rotten egg’ smell) is eliminated (unless re-infected from runoff)

Portable system

Our tank cleaning system is totally portable. In over 15 years in Water Tank cleaning we have never turned down a job because we haven’t been able to get our gear to it.

IF you can physically get to the Water Tank then we can get our gear to it and clean it!

No chemicals used unless requested

Unless you request us to use a chemical for either treatment or cleaning we will not use anything. This includes the use of detergents or sterilizing agents (Chlorine, Hydrogen Peroxide e.t.c).

This includes the water that we use to refill the Water Tank (see Water Delivery for more details)

We will inspect the Water Tank

While cleaning the Water Tank we will inspect both the inside and outside of the Water Tank and it’s fittings. We will issue a Water Tank Warrant of Fitness (WT-WoF). This will detail and issues found.

Water Saver Option

As an option to a full clean out we offer a ‘Vacuum to Waste’ option. This uses our proprietary vacuum technology to remove sediment from the bottom of the Water Tank. This process will decrease the Water Tank water level by about 1 meter
